Through the practices of HeartMirror Pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation, you will gradually clear the blockages in your body and your mind, leaving your path clear.
First changes students tend to notice, are in the increased physical well-being, and improved concentration.
Negative emotions and thought patterns, such as frustration, anxiety, fear, and greed, begin to yield to generosity, compassion, courage and calm.
As you continue on your path of self-cultivation, you will note improved inner balance, greater serenity, and abundance of creative energy (Chi/Prana).
This energy is the fuel that will power your pursuit of ever greater strength and vitality, financial and vocational success, and joyful relationships.
Remember: “With great power comes great responsibility”!
Without diligent cultivation and guidance, the energy awakened inside you may move erratically, and cause harm to you and others.
I will teach you how to generate and use this energy safely.
We will also work together to develop and maintain strong personal ethics, that will shield you from developing common problems associated with increased power, such as arrogance, entitlement, and aggression.
In other words, I am hoping that my teachings will help you to not only increase your health, happiness, and success - but to become a better person, as well.
